Wet Sounds™ specifically developed this product to deliver unprecedented performance levels with a sleek aesthetic appeal and no wakeboard tower should be without. The driver compliment in the PRO 485 combines dual 8 inch Wet Sounds™ EFG™,epoxy fiberglass, drivers and a center mounted Wet Sounds™ HLCD (Horn Loaded Compression Driver) per speaker. The 8 inch mid bass drivers are one of the most unique mid bass drivers ever developed. The epoxy fiberglass cone material is used because it is a light yet rigid cone, resulting in a quick transient response for tight bass, exceptional sound quality, and great resistance to water. Polyurethane is used for the surround to provide a weather resistant surround that will not rot or deteriorate like conventional foam surrounds and is more efficient than typical rubber surrounds. The high frequency driver is also designed to provide a wide horizontal dispersion for all areas behind the boat and not just directly behind the speaker. It is also the most efficient design in high frequency transducers providing enormous output with less power. Be the loudest and most envied boat on the water.
